Thank you for looking at our 1954 MG TF1500. This is a very nice car that received a restoration aprox 8 years ago. It was a frame off restoration. Body # 17116 Car# HDA466529 Engine # XPEG537 The exterior of this car is finished in a metallic green that sparkles when the sun hits it, the paint quality is excellent, all trim bumpers, and grill were removed prior to painting the car. The stainless was re polished and chrome redone it is complete with all of its trim and accessories. There is no rust or rot in the car, the undercarriage is nice the frame was powder coated, suspension was redone, brakes were redone but do need a service at speeds they pull towards the driver side. The tan top is new , the owner is looking for the side windows and the tonneu cover I am not guaranteeing that they will come with the sale but do my best to try and get them for the new owner. Interior is leather, soft to the touch and not torn or soiled, carpets in fine shape, All gauges are working with the accept ion of the tach and clock, all lights including fog lights are working, driver side upper marker on the fender is not. The car has a complete set of tools in the tool bag located in the box of the motor compartment. The steering wheel is in good shape with no cracks and the horn works. I was told that the car has had a complete rebuilt motor at time of restoration, I have no receipts, I have driven the car and the car runs nice, a lot of power, good gear box, no strange noises or heating problems, no major leaks. The car sat for years in a garage after the restoration and was only used 800 miles. I have a box of extra parts that will come with the sale and multiple books for this car that I will also include.
