The reason it says "Issues found" is because my girlfriends father had a brand new 2008 lexus IS350 parked in his driveway. When he was reversing backwards to pull out of his OWN driveway he accidently tapped the front of the highlander. There was NO damage to the highlander from this incident. I repeat no damage from the highlander from this incident... The lexas unforchantly was left with a dent on the back bumper, and we had to put but cars through insurance because the lexas was a brand new car and costly to repair.
