This car is a time capsule !! Wonderful Survivor !!! This listing is for the sale of a beautiful very original 1935 Dodge Brothers 2 Dr. Coupe. Was owned for 45 years by 1 owner. He took very good care of this car and was garage kept. Oil change stickers on the drivers door jamb verify mileage. It could be a long time before you will find this nice of an original Dodge coupe again. This is an excellent vehicle that could be used for films, or to promote your business such as driving it around with your company logo or sitting it in front of your retail location. It is not a restored car as it is more original than restored. It has had paint work done some time in it's past as it is surely not original and does have it's share of flaws and imperfections but still can be driven and enjoyed as is for many years as it does not need to be repainted soon but again, is serviceable as is. It now has a new rubber floor covering mat and new sound deadener installed. I believe it to have it's original 75 year old interior and still looks good but is not perfect anymore. The engine ( 6 cyl flathead ) is believed to be the original and still starts easily with a push of the starter button. It is a good driving Dodge and will provide someone with pride in their ownership. It has a solid body and floors and is not a rust bucket as most are by now and is a testament to it's care from the previous owners. It is a 3 speed floor mounted shift and the clutch and trans still work well. The chrome and stainless trim look original and are in great condition for their age. The glass is good. All the dash gauges work and the single wiper works . We also have quite a few spare parts including a fuel pump, tune up parts and oil filter cartridges that go along. It would make an excellent street rod but I would really like to see someone preserve it's current orignal type condition.
