I am selling a car for a friend of mine, He is the original owner of a 1972 Chevelle Malibu. The car is a numbers matching 307 v8 with numbers matching auto trans. This car has been repainted once in the original silver color, the interior is the original bench seat column shift black interior. It has never been in an accident and still drives really well, I drove it 50 miles the other day. It does have scratches from his kids here and there. The only rust I have found in there car is the passenger quarter panel just behind the rear tire, the driversside quarter above the tire and the quarter extention on the passenger side next to the truck lid has some bubbling under the paint. I have taken detailed pictures of these areas. The trunk is super solid with only surface rust and the trunk lid is solid also. If you are looking to build a malibu this car would save you alot not having to replace the floor, trunk pans, and othe metal at the body shop. The bumpers look great, but the grill and the plastic dash are cracked. It has the original 14 inch rally wheels on it. This would be a fun car to drive as you restore it.
