Just a real baby.... This one has a whining problem. You can drive it like this for a long time as far as I am concerned but the transmission whines slightly. Not real bad as some folks may not even notice. Maybe a simple fix or adjustment but I am not getting involved so our loss is your gain. The engine purrs like a kitten with no leaks or issues. A one owner new car trade in with all the power options. Some as expected scratches as black cars are not good at hiding anything. Nothing to lose sleep over for a 7 year old car. Payment If you are a winning bidder, kindly contact me via email immediately at the end of the auction for verification. Our requirements are that the high bidder should pay an immediate deposit of $250 via paypal upon completion of the auction and the car should be paid in full within 5 days via cashiers check, cash if in person or money order. The deposit can also be made over the phone via Master Card or Visa however payment in full cannot be made with a credit card or paypal unless prior authorization is made with me. If payment of the car (or deposit) is not fulfilled within the specified time, the car will be offered for re-sale and feedback will be left accordingly. Let’s not waste each others time. AS-IS No Warranty This vehicle is being sold as is –where is with no warranty expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness or defects herein and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself/herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyers request prior to the close of the sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. Seller reserves the right to stop the auction at any time with the exception of the last 12 hours as per eBay rules. Prior To Sale We test drive our cars prior to offering them for sale on this auction and any faults are disclosed to the best of our ability. We do not run them through a service facility but rely on our experience to tell you what problems they may have. Our prices are generally way below the average retail values listed in the most popular pricing guides so our cars are not detailed or re-conditioned but generally sold in the same way they were purchased or traded. They are simply washed and put out for sale. You will not find the motors cleaned and you won’t find shiny protectorates such as “Armor-All” on them and the cars will be in their original traded condition. This allows you to buy the car for less money and us to do less work. If you are receptive to buying a car in this fashion, the savings are yours. Because we sell our cars all over the world and in every state, inspections are not guaranteed in any state as each state differs in their requirements so it is virtually impossible for us to guarantee inspection. Options such as power windows, cruise control, air conditioning etc. are not guaranteed however we will do our best to mention any items that are not working. Check engine lights and others will be mentioned if they are showing. We will not under any conditions guarantee the check engine lights or any dash warning lights as if they are on we will disclose this and we do not do a diagnosis to see what it is because they can come on at any time for any number of reasons so these lights are not guaranteed if they come on for you. This is a unique way of selling automobiles and if you are receptive to these conditions you will take advantage of the lower prices. Dealer Conveyance Fee (Sales Tax Info) There is a $125 dealer conveyance fee added to the final sale price. No Exceptions. We do not collect sales tax from out of state purchasers. Connecticut residents must pay 6% sales tax upon purchase. Hours of Operation Our normal business hours are weekdays from 9am to 7pm Monday thru Thursday. Friday from 9am to 6pm. Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sundays from 10am to 3pm. However for those wishing to pickup vehicles after hours please call ahead and we will do our best to accommodate you. Terms & Conditions ~ Full Disclosure As per the eBay use agreement and the terms of this auction, a successful winning bid at auction end forms a legal and binding contract between the buyer and seller. These are USED vehicles. Please expect a certain amount of wear, use, and flaws, as is standard on any used car. PRE-OWNED: Pre-owned vehicles ARE NOT THE SAME as new vehicles. You are bidding on a PREVIOUSLY OWNED vehicle. Pre-owned vehicles are not perfect. Please do not expect perfection. If you want absolute perfection then you need to purchase a brand new car. Because we sell our vehicles all over the world and in every state, emissions and safety inspections are not guaranteed in any state as each state differs in their requirements so it is virtually impossible for us to guarantee inspection. Please remember due to this being a wholesale auction for previously owned vehicle, you are guaranteed to save money over retail pricing, but please understand that you may have to put some of your savings back into the vehicle to make it for your needs. For our select units that we sell on eBay we do not do anything to a vehicle to make it absolutely perfect like new car and retail only dealers do. Every effort has been made to deliver an accurate description, but it is possible to miss deficiencies as we do not spend endless amounts of time with every vehicle. All used cars including this particular one MAY POSSIBLY have dings, dents, nicks, chips, scratches, dash lights (check engine or service engine soon, ABS, SRS, airbag, etc..) and any other marks that are associated with use consistent with age and mileage of the vehicle. We are not responsible for properly functioning/working heater cores or air conditioning components however we will disclose any known issues in the vehicle description. We have no idea on brake wear, front end parts, or previous service history, however if there are any known issues we will clearly describe them in the description. We do not test cd players, cassette decks, or TV/DVD units. Obviously a vehicle that is 10 years old with 100,000 miles will show much more wear and have more flaws than one that is 2 years old with 30,000 miles. Most of our cars are sold at wholesale or below wholesale prices, many way below book value as well as market value. Therefore we cannot afford to warranty the vehicle as if you had purchased it for full list price / suggested retail value. We recommend that all buyers purchase the optional extended warranty (available on most, but not all vehicles). Please ask for details and pricing as well as availability. This will help defray the cost of major mechanical repairs, if any, in the future. Remember some of these vehicles are near a decade old and they may be new to you, but that does not change the fact that they are "USED" cars, and repairs can be needed at anytime regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car. While we will disclose any known defects it is still possible for USED vehicles to need service or repairs within the first few days, weeks, or months of ownership. Not always, but still possible. Since these vehicles are USED, please remember that books, extra keys, remotes, CD cartridges/faces, do not always remain with vehicles. If it is a hinging factor please ask before you bid or make an offer. These items are all replaceable at any local factory dealer or even right here on eBay. We reserve a $500 "difference of opinion" allowance regarding descriptions of the vehicles that we have worked hard to accurately list. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT AN ADDED FEE. This allowance has been added strictly to protect us, the seller, from innocent oversights that may occur during the reporting of a vehicles physical/mechanical condition, which therefore, might escape being disclosed in the published listing for a vehicle. Furthermore, if there is anything about a listed vehicle that is known to be in need of repair, or if there is anything that is missing, it will be plainly disclosed in the listing for the vehicle. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. If you are the winning bidder DO NOT call us up and say "I am going to my bank tomorrow to see if I can get a loan." You need to go to the bank before you bid or make an offer and get your self pre-approved for the specific vehicle you are bidding on. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate, you can locate shippers by doing a Google search for "auto shippers or auto transport." The computer code is BDL and sometimes list the location of the airport as Hartford. It is approximately 20 miles away. If someone is available we will pick you up at no charge so long as you have made arrangements with us at least 48 hours in advance. WE DO NOT DO LOGAN AIRPORT PICKUPS IN BOSTON. It is about 90 minutes away and logistically not possible for us. We also offer complimentary pickup service from the Downtown Springfield bus station and train terminals.
