This would make a great project for the winter. We bought it in 2007 with the intention of a full restoration but now have other projects to focus on. We were told that the original owner ran a restoration shop and used this car as his daily driver (he put in the cassette and CB radio). It was then purchased by the owner of a limo company who was prepping it to be painted white. It sat undone for almost two years until we purchased the car.
The car is not running. The Solex carburetors are missing. We assume there was a problem with the fuel system. The second original fuel tank is lying in the trunk. There are two (looks like outboard engine) fuel tanks temporarily rigged in place.
We were told that the brakes were replaced and all eight calipers rebuilt around 2008.
We have no further history of the car. Please see the photos to assess its condition.
