Southern unit with virtually no rust. Only one small blister behind the drivers door. I have photographed all of the typical areas that rust on Broncos (seams around doors, spare tire mount, under and insides of doors) As you can see it is super clean. The paint shines and is in good shape with no evidence of paintwork. Only one area that need attention on the exterior. The rear hatch has a dent in it behind the spare. The Bronco starts right up and runs well with plenty of power. Shifts through the gears without any issues. Does not leak or smoke etc. Tires are not in perfect shape but will last a little bit longer for the new owner. All power options are working including ice cold air conditioning. The only thing I discovered not functioning is the rear window. I believe the switch is bad. Interior is in good shape some minor cracking on the driver seat and only minor spots that would clean up.
