NO RESERVE!!! NO RESERVE!! NO RESERVE!!! Retrying...Selling my 1969 Pontiac Catalina convertible project. This is a rot free car. There are some very minor pinholes in the toeboards, i think someone melted a bottle over them on the driver side at one point. But that is the worst rust on the car. I have found no rust on rockers, quarters, fenders; even the trunk is super solid. it has a new top that i had put on 5 years ago. then parked the car. I don't think the top has ever been rained on. mileage is around 180,000, the car is garaged at my vacation house, so I am not 100% sure. Glass is good, but there is no interior. This was a running driving car that i parked for winter, and started to replace the interior and never got it done. So, the engine and trans should still be in order. I did have it running on a jerry can, and pulled it out of the garage last summer, but the tank should be cleaned. other than that mechanically sound. Has P/S no A/C. Missing radio. The nose needs to be repaired, the plastic cracks and falls apart on all of these 68 and 69s. The trim mount holes have been filled with putty, but not welded. i dont think and of the car has been stripped to metal in any type of restoration attempt. there is one dent on the pass door, and one on the pass quarter.
