I purchased this car for my friends son to use and restore. He lost his job and does not need the car or can afford to restore it. I drove the car 250 miles back from where I purchased it and it seems to run fine. The engine had 60 pounds oil pressure, the transmission shifted fine, and I did not hear any strange noises from the motor, transmission, or rear end. The car has new brakes and new tires. The previous owner removed the catalytic convertor. I have purchased a new one but it is not installed. The drivers side window does not work. I have purchased a new motor for it but it also is not installed. The body and interior are in fair to poor condition. The body is mainly dent free but there is rust as you can see from the pictures. I have put new seat covers on the front seats but if you are going to restore the car you would want to reupholster it. The air conditioner is empty of freon. I suspect that there is a leak somewhere but I did not check it out. The AM/FM CD player works fine. The drivers side t-top has some tape on it and the handle does not seem to work. I did not try to remove it because I did not want to damage it and I am no mechanic. I am including a 4.3 inch Sony Navigation System that I had in a motor home that I sold. I just had the car in for service and they did not notice any major mechanical problems. I have included all the information I can on the car but I have driven it very little so the car is being sold as-is.
