Too nice for words, but I'll try anyway.... This is a very rare find indeed... A true one owner, well maintained, 67,952 actual miles, solid, rust free, original paint, pop-top weekender Westfalia Vanagon. These Wolfsberg Edition Vanagons are getting harder and harder to come across. You will not find a cleaner, better running, nicer driving van than this. There's nothing like driving a vehicle that has been so well taken care of. It's as if you drove it off the show room floor 23 years ago. Talk about going back to the future...Add to the fact that it has factory A/C, power windows and locks, with the 2.1 liter fuel injected motor and you're in Vanagon bliss. The lucky winner of this beautiful van can fly into town (I'll pick you up from the airport) load their luggage and hit the highway with total confidence. Road trip anyone? These Westfalias were so far ahead of their time. With the fold-up table, closet, cabinets, and room for four to sleep comfortably plus room to carry 6 people safely. All this contained in one stylish and cool economical vehicle. I can't say enough about these vans...I could go on forever lavishing this sweet van with praise and admiration but I'll save you the time and cut to the highlights: - Head gaskets recently replaced with receipt. -Just had a major tune-up and oil change, Runs like new. -Four Speed manual transmission shifts smooth. -New Front brake pads and rotors stop straight and smooth. -Rear Brakes in excellent condition. -Tight front end doesn't clunk or wander. -Solid muffler and tailpipe. -Factory A/C -All electrical works: headlights, horn, blinkers, wipers, heater, interior lights brake lights, etc... -Power mirrors and windows. -Factory AM/FM Cassette -New Hankook All Season tires mounted on factory alloys. -New three window pop-top canvas looks fantastic. -Original paint, rust and damage free body in excellent condition. -New wipers -Rear bug screen like new -Factory curtains all the way around. -Original carpet in excellent condition - Original owners manual -Like new original interior, doesn't look like anyone ever sat in it. -Absolutely one of the nicest most Original Vanagon you've ever seen. I can't say enough good things about this van. It just has a wonderful vibe that can't quite be described through words, as much as I try. It shows the actual miles and has the original title from when it was bought new. Now there are a few imperfections to be expected with any vehicle 23 years old...A couple of very small door dings on the drivers side, a small bit of touch up paint by the right wiper, a few waves on the front door panels, and the speakers are showing there age as well. Please take into consideration that this is not a brand new 1987 Vanagon, but just about as close as you can get these days.
