I am selling my 2006 GSX-R 600 which has a MANY NEW PARTS. I recently just put new RK GOLD X-ring chain, Michelin Pilot Power 2CT rear tire and rear sprocket on this bike. These components, to include the rear tire, have less than 150 miles on them! The front tire is also a PP 2CT and has about 1 season of use on it. I also have installed a K&N filter, and changed the oil out to Repsol 100% synthetic oil. Synthetic oil is the only thing that has ever been put in this bike by myself, as well as the previous owner. I also changed the spark plugs last year, using only NGK. This bike also has a Scorpion slip on exhaust, which sounds AWESOME! The only reason I am selling this bike is because I want to do some investing with the extra capital. Otherwise, I would keep this bike and enjoy the awesome weather on it. I have owned this bike since April 2009 and I am the second owner of this bike. I bought it from a woman who would ride with her boyfriend, but they had to sell it so they could buy a house. The bike has not been lowered and the woman took very good care of it. Her boyfriend did drop the bike while turning onto the road they lived on. This did absolutely no harm other than cosmetic, and that was even minimal. I have taken pictures of that damage to view. There is one spot that had split when he dropped it, I was able to put a compound on the split and it has worked very well. You can hardly tell its there with the rear seat cowl on. However, I have had many people want to buy this bike from me and I can not tell you how many looks I have gotten while riding down the road. The pain is a beautiful sapphire blue which is contrast by black. I do not race my bikes, but I do ride them how they are meant to be ridden. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY MECHANICAL PROBLEMS WITH THIS BIKE. The local bike shop, RIDE1, located in Florence, Alabama, did all my work and they are willing to vouch for the level of care I used with this bike. This bike is in great condition and has low miles for its age. I have been offered $5800 by a local buyer, but he is in training with the military at the moment, and I have some investments that I want to get in on soon.
