Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction for the vehicle purchased (we accept bank wire transfers, credit cards, cash in person or certified funds once cleared). All deposits are non-refundable unless you have a written notice from The Auto Source stating differently. The balance is due within 3 days of auction end. If there is no contact made via phone call or email within 24 hours of winning the auction we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.
Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. Please keep in mind if you accept an offer, make an offer that is accepted and or choose the Buy It Now feature you are confirming the purchase of the vehicle and hereby agree with the Terms and Conditions outline. There is a $399.00 processing fee on all vehicles that cannot and will not be waived. All winning bidders including "Other Dealers" have to pay this fee per our dealerships policies and procedures. If you choose to drive the vehicle out of the state or would like the vehicle shipped with a 30 Day Temporary Tag, there is a $10.00 Fee (You will also need a valid DL & Insurance in order for us to provide).
