You are looking to bid on a 1984 CB700SC Honda Nighthawk. Ahead of its time, the CB700SC counts with an oil cooled motor, shaft final drive, hydraulic valve lifters, bikini fairing and a sixteen inch front wheel. Elegant in appearance, sporty in its demeanor and comfortable enough for touring. This particular model being sold is not a show bike but it sure has the potential to be with some work. The tank is faded and the right side of the bike is faded more than its left side, as if the bike sat on a window for some time. The motor has been sprayed with some black paint in its frontal area, with questionable taste.The right front turn signal mount bracket is cracked, allowing the turn signal to move. (see picture) The seat has two small rips, one showing, one covered with duct-style tape. The clock faces are hazy or cloudy, also by the effect of sitting under the sun. Both speedometer and tachometer are visible though. The bike runs very well, all gears work and tires are in decent condition. The bike has its stock exhaust.The shift gear indicator does not work.
