1993 Ford F150 XLT. Extended Cab. Short Bed 139”. Nice Condition for a 1993, 5.0L 302 cu in. V-8 gasoline engine, automatic transmission, AC, tilt, cruise, power brakes, power steering, power door locks, power windows, power lumbar, sliding rear window, dual tanks, deluxe 10 Hole 15inch Factory Ford Aluminum rims, chrome bumpers front & rear & a Class III Trailer hitch. Grey Bucket Seats (Good Shape) with Console. This truck runs good, so don't let the 227,000 miles on the odometer scare you. I bought this truck for the body parts (since most are rust free) from a private owner. The truck was inspected by Ohio E-check and passed with flying colors. After driving the truck back & forth to work, I decided it ran well enough to pass it on to someone else and take the proceeds to restore my 1994 F-150 Mark III with new parts. Since it doesn’t need much, it would be a shame to dismantle this truck, for just a couple of parts for my custom Mark III. While this 93 is not perfectly rust free, the front clip is perfect & the bed is solid. The outer passenger fender does have a small hole (easily repairable). It is evident that this truck was garaged most of its’ life, since it is NOT overly rusty like most northern rides. Please take some time to look over the pictures. I would drive this truck anywhere as the engine is still strong. The transmission is in good shape and shifts fine. According to the previous owner, the motor was rebuilt but we have no written evidence of this, so take it for what it is worth. It does not smoke, and the exhaust is in excellent shape.. There are some minor things which will need attention. AC will need charged. Cruise control does not turn on, since the tilt mechanism broke and the cc was disconnected. I spoke with my mechanic who suggested Pull-A-Part has used replacement columns for $35.00 or you can have the current one repaired for around $70.00. Honestly, I would have had it fixed already, but it drives & steers fine and is not a safety issue, according to my mechanic and the inspection station. The truck also has a nice Pioneer Stereo with CD player & four speakers. All of the glass is perfect and the vent windows open as they should. The interior is in nice shape. It is obvious the truck was driven by a Non-Smoker, since the ashtray is clean, there are no stale odors and the headliner doesn’t smell. There are also no burn holes anywhere. I was told the majority of the miles were highway and it looks to be just that. The exhaust is in very good shape, brakes are in very good shape, tires are at about 65% and are radials. . If you are looking for a truck and want something where the brake lines are not rotted, rear leaf shackles are not rotted, bed not rotted, floor not rotted (all common in the truck line) and don't want to have to drive to the southwest US to buy one, this is your truck!!! I hate dirt, so I did give it a quick coat of wax for the winter and cleaned the carpet. Due to its’ age, it is sold as is. I expect a 25% deposit within 24 hrs of end of auction, the remaining balance within 3 days of end of auction. Method of payment will be worked out at that time. The truck will not leave my house until the form of payment is verified through my bank NO SCAMMERS . Buyer is responsible for pick up of the truck. I AM NOT LISTING THE TRUCK LOCALLY, SO BID TO WIN!
