Vehicle Detail

THIS BIKE NO LONGER HAS THE LUGGAGE. MORE PHOTOS TO COME. If you are looking for a clean Honda CB750K look no further. 9,300 Original Miles I am the second owner of this bike which I drove from New Jersey to Michigan in 2007. The tank has a dime size dent. * Tires still have the nubs on them with less them 3,000 miles. * 3 Point Engine Guards * Slipstreamer Windshield * Air Horns * New Fork Seals at 7,000 miles * Aux. Fuse Block * Touring Pegs * New battery in 2008 * Charging system checked 14+volts at 3,000 rpm's This is a turnkey bike so if you are looking for a project this bike is not for you. It is as dependable as a new Honda. There are many 750’s out there, but sadly most are abused or neglected examples. This bike has been babied and has always been stored indoors. But you can see that for yourself clearly in the detailed pictures. This is a very collectible original bike with only 9,300 miles on a working odometer. The bike has the original factory paint, decals, and stickers and has a very presentable shiny appearance. The ignition key fits all locks on the bike. The chrome exhaust, rims, and fenders are very nice. The tires are new. The original seat with original cover is in perfect condition with no rips or tears. The tachometer, speedometer, and all the electrics function as they should. The speedometer, tachometer, tank and side covers are not faded like most vintage bikes from UV exposure. This is a dependable turn key bike that starts easily with the electric starter, quickly settles down to a nice even idle, and pulls strong through the gears. To be clear: it runs strong to the RED LINE! The bike has surprising speed and torque and does not need to be babied. With only 9,300 miles on the clock it has years of life left in it. This bike would be a great addition to any vintage collection or a daily rider/commuter bike. You can ride this bike anywhere. I have tried to show the bike with close up pictures so it is represented realistically. All pictures are current taken September, 2010, by me in my driveway. It is not a perfect bike but a nice example of a 29 year old survivor. If you want a vintage bike that you can maintain yourself and enter in a local vintage show, this is the bike for you. The chrome and painted areas have minor imperfections typical of bikes this age, but nothing major. I will be glad to send any additional close up pictures and furnish more info as requested. You may email me and I will give you a phone number to contact me at. I love to talk about the bike. I prefer pickup so you can confirm the cosmetic and running condition of the bike in person, but I will help you set up shipping if that is your preference. Current Michigan title in my name in hand. As this bike is for sale locally I reserve the right to end the auction early. On Sep-16-10 at 15:14:29 PDT, seller added the following information: Here is a bike that sold on e-bay for $2,185.00. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320586809197&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT My bike listed here has a reserve SEVERAL hundred dollars less. I need to sell this bike to make room for another bike I will be picking up soon.On Sep-16-10 at 19:29:35 PDT, seller added the following information: The pictured NOS Honda fuel tank and the chain and sprocket set are NOT included in this auction, however, they will be made available to the winning bidder.
