It has an automatic transmission backed by a very fuel efficient 2.2L Line 4 cylinder engine. I purchased it with nearly 175,000 miles and this car has been my daily driver for the past 5 years. I am the second owner and from the time of purchase, I have replaced the radiator, exhaust system, and brakes. The car is in very good condition and with some work should run for quite a while. I have gotten up to 28 mpg combined. However, the car is not immaculate and a few issues need to be taken care of in order to pass inspection for daily driving. After the exhaust was replaced, a sensor was damaged. I suspect that it is the 02 sensor. As a result, the sensor currently activates the check engine light. In addition, the tire tread is low, so the car will need tires. Other than that, the car has little to no problems. The car does not leak any fluids and does not use oil whatsoever. All of the fluids were maintained at regular intervals. The transmission shifts smoothly throughout the gears and the car brakes well. I installed an aftermarket Panasonic head unit with MP3 CD support and it works great. The car is for sale locally and it is currently registered.
