Vehicle Detail

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE 1971 CB750 K1, restored, completely rebuilt motor (pistons, valves, cam chain etc) by Expert SOHC specialist (40 years experience factory Honda mechanic), only 43 miles since restoration new correct 2 stage frame paint, new correct Candy Blue/Green (see last picture from original dealer OEM Honda parts catalog verifying that K1s were indeed offered in Candy Blue Green) tank and body part paint by Vintage Honda expert painter Blake in Escondido, CA. New parts include correct shocks, rear fender, rubber connectors, rubber mounts, tires, four into four HM300 exhaust pipes, cables, right and left handle bar controls, handlebars, mirrors, OEM Honda wire harness and new battery. Aluminum parts have been polished to like new including engine cases and fork tubes. Motor was painted after complete rebuild correct factory Honda color. New Honda seat correct for the K1. This bike has been restored to original all parts are correct K1. New restored and rebuilt gauges by vintage Honda expert gauge restoration mechanic David Buck and they work as new; no jumpy needles and K1 correct. New rims and spokes with original Dunlop Gold Seal tires (tires are new and fresh not unsafe 40 year old tires). Some pictures were taken at the Concours De Elegance Car and Motorcycle show June 27, 2010 at the Saint Regis Hotel in Dana Point and the award plaque from that show are included with the Motorcycle. The bike is really too nice to ride and ready for a collection or showroom; but is capable of a cross country trip if the new owner wanted to do that. The bike of course runs excellent, shifts, starts and stops as she should. All lights, horn, turn signals (new) work correctly. Frame VIN# CB7501070426; engine #CB750E1070612, so this is the original motor that left with the bike back 40 years ago from the Honda factory. Clean CA title and current registration in my name. Will work with both domestic and international shipment at buyer’s expense. Note I have a very good source for shipments to England and Australia.
