Car was hit in the the right rear .the rear end was damage beyond repair it was bent about 40 degrees from the center. TR7 rear in used to replace. damage to fiberglass incomplet, car has been garaged since 1996. engine runs oil pressure at idle 20 pounds .posible stickey itake vale occasional pot from the carburator.this car was built for sale in New Zealand with a2-litre 16 valve lotus907 engine, 5 speed transmission.A firm called the Steele Brother ,whose prime business was the asembly of lorrie and earth moving eqiupment.they nogotiated with lotus an emerged with two sets of S4's models angjigs and a three year licence to produce the Seven in New Zeland> The Steele Brothers ran in to problem and this projet faltered early on but not before a couple of dozen car had been produced.This car is a much revised version of the car produced with a 2-liter Lotus Engine >Production of this car was by domesty legislation and high build price .
