This car is in overall much better condition than I would expect from the year and miles. The paint on this car is so shiny and beautiful. It is just a sharp looking suv! With paint in this great of condition, this vehicle must have been garage kept! This Saturn is the perfect combination of practical, economical, comfortable and attractive. This SUV gets an amazing almost 30 miles to the gallon, has plenty of room or passengers and stuff, and looks good. This mid suv rides more like a car than any other I have ever driven. EXTERIOR: The Exterior of this Sature is just Awesome! It is a Bright and Shiny Black. This car looks sharp and turns heads. Overall, the outside of this car is just great, and is in much better condition than I would expect for a car with just over 100k miles! This Saturn has a very sleek and consistent black exterior color. There are dark gray front and rear bumpers and a classy dual pin stripe. This combines with dark tinted windows for an awesome overall look. This really is one of the best looking Saturn Vues I have ever seen and by far is my favorite colors. This Saturn is riding on a set of factory upgraded 16” alloy wheels that look beautiful. The tires are very new and in great condition. They just passed VA state safety inspection and should be good for years to come. This Saturn adds the fun and sport appeal of a fully power sunroof. The roof has a full interior liner. So you have lots of options! You can open just the cover and use the glass roof, you can pop the sunroof up as a vent, or you can open the roof all the way to let the fresh air and sunshine in completely! This is an awesome and hard to find upgrade on a Saturn. The rear of this Saturn has a clean and unobstructed hatch. The hatch opens as one solid piece and makes getting items in and out of the back super easy. I comment on this because a lot of comparable mid size suvs have a cumbersome spare tire mounted on the rear door and it makes opening the rear hatch and using the cargo area more difficult that the clean lines of this Saturn. The rear cargo hatch struts are in great condition and hold the hatch up as it should. In this rear cargo area there is a cargo net. There are several hooks for securing the net or other cargo straps. There are two recessed storage cubbies, one on each side the cargo area. The jack is recessed mounted on the driver side and covered with a door. There are front and rear mud flaps. There is a front bug guard on the front of the SUV. This Saturn is in overall Excellent condition. There is far less wear on this VUE than what I would expect. There are a few very small scuffs on the driver door and a few on the rear bumper but otherwise this Saturn looks great. If you have realistic expectations you will just love this car. INTERIOR: The inside of this Saturn is just as nice as the outside. It has a surprisingly amount of upgrades! It features a Power Sunroof, All Power Options including Keyless Entry, Power Windows, CD Player, and more! The inside of this Vue is a beautiful Gray and Black color combination. This is a nice subtle accent to the exterior color. Riding in this car is just a pleasure. Every time I get in this Saturn I remark on how comfortable it is to ride and drive. It is a nice height to get in and out of, the seats are firm and sit well, there are dual armrests as well. The seats are upholestried in a very nice gray color cloth. The cloth is a nice texture. I notice that the interior is less plush and more smooth and has been very comfortable this summer in the hot temperatures as it seems to retain less heat. The seats, front and rear, have two tone upholstery. The inserts of each seating surface have a nice light texture that adds appeal and helps to hide minor flaws or stains. The front seats are individual captain style seats with adjustable center armrests. The seats are surprisingly comfortable and offer large lower cushions for leg support, slightly molded side panels for extra comfort, and adjustable height shoulder belts as well as adjustable height rear head rests. In between the front seats is a floor console. Here you will find two cupholders that have inserts that adjust to the size cup/bottle you have. There is a storage cubby with a top lid. On the back of the center console is an AC power source and little cubby area, perfect for charging and storing a cell phone. This is actually where I charge my cell phone while riding in the front seats since it allows the cord to be in a more natural position than the front power source. The rear seat is a 3 person bench. This bench is a 70/30 split that flips down for added rear cargo storage. The rear bench also features adjustable height rear headrests. The back of the driver’s seat had a storage pocket. Each rear door has a storage area integrated into each door. The rears seats flip down with the use of a single, easy to operate lever. You can flip down each side independently. This adds lots of useful hauling space. In the very back of this Saturn is something very cool and unexpected. There is a flip up cargo organizer. The back part of the floor board folds up and then another section flips up and opens for the organizer. This is an Awesome place for grocery bags or stuff you don't want to slide around. The picture explains it much better than I can. Storage is practical and abundant in this Saturn. There is a large glove box. Each front door has a storage area built in with adjustable netting. This VUE offers lots of great upgrades, including the fully power sunroof. There is a single button overhead that easily and quickly adjusts the sunroof us just the touch of a finger. You can open just the cover to let the sunshine in, you can vent the sunroof for a little air flow, or you can totally open the sunroof for full sun and air. The Radio system in this Saturn is a very desirable CD Player with AM FM Radio. There are 6 radio presets for quick and easy channel surfing. The radio sounds good in this Vue. There is a storage cubby right below the radio. Power Upgrades continue with fully power windows including I touch driver and child lock protection. The window controls are located conveniently on the front console near the gear shifter. Power locks with keyless entry is offer in this vue. There are intermittent front wipewrs and a rear wiper with defrost. Cruise Control is located on the steering wheel and is easy to use and works, we tested it. The AC blows nice and cold, even in recent 100 degree weather. I really like the look of the front dash. It has easy to read and attractive white face guages. This adds to the overall look and sporty appeal of this SUV / Crossover. There are front Vanity Mirrors, for both driver and passenger. The front passenger seats offers a hard back surface. The passenger seat will flip forward and lay flat. This creates a great work surface. It is like a tray with a little lip around the edges to keep items from sliding off. I have used this for my laptop, a writing surface, a coloring area for my niece, and more. You could use it for food, even though we don't eat in the car. Overhead you will find front reading lights, rear passenger reading lights and rear cargo light, three sets of overhead lights in total. There are two clothing hooks in the rear cargo area. Driving Impressions: This Saturn VUE drives just perfectly! I have driven this car many times and it performs just great! This car offers incredible gas mileage of 24-29 Miles Per Gallon, which is unheard of in a mid size suv! So, it is fun and practical! Under The Hood: This Saturn comes with the 4 Cylinder Engine. This car is surprisingly peepy and fun to drive. When you hit the gas pedal, this car responds! The 134 cubic inch engine produces 143 horse power at 5,400 rpm and 152 foot pounds of torque at 4,000 rpm. This is a DOHC, Dual Overhead Cam, Engine. The 16.3 gallon gas tank combines with mpg of 24-29 allowing you to drive and drive between fill ups.
