1985 Honda Shadow

For sale I have a 1985 Honda VT500 Shadow. It has a new battery, new spark plugs, both carburetors have been rebuilt and a new air filter. The bike turns over, has spark, and gas going to the cylinders but will not start. The Honda mechanic that worked on the bike says there is no compression in the cylinders and probably has broken rings. I am not going to put any more money into it so I am selling it either for a project bike for someone or a parts bike and as you can see most of the bike is in decent condition for a 1985. I bought the bike with no title or registration. I am told with the correct paperwork it can be registered again. At least in New York.
