This is a rare find. It was purchased from Hessel's in Gresham Oregon. It was a dealer demo car. It is a 2 owner car. My friend which I am selling this for bought it in 1991 from the original owner. It has 96,290 original miles on it. Everything is original on it except the electronic ignition upgrade which was just put on, steering wheel he wanted to keep as a memento and basic maintenance stuff. It has the original number matching 318, automatic trans and numbers matching radiator. It has new manual drum brakes all the way around and a new master cylinder. It has sat the last 8 years, my friend did not want to part with it but finally came to the realization that it would be better off with someone who has time for it. It still has the original paint on it. The body is in great shape for it's age and his wife's driving abilities. It has a spot on the passenger door, passenger fender and drivers fender that will need taken care of. Not bad enough that would require replacement. The only rust on this car is on the driver side behind tire. You can see the paint starting to bubble which would still be an easy fix. The positive side of this is you know what you are getting, nothing is hiding under someone's hack job repair work. All glass is in excellent condition. The back seat, door panels and headliner are original and in great shape, no holes, rips, rears, etc. The front seats need recovered but foam padding in great shape. Carpet is not torn but faded. Lower dash pad perfect, upper dash pad has a hairline crack on front driver side, otherwise it looks good, I have the kick panels and sill plates that are not shown in pics, they were pulled off so the floors could be inspected and will be put back on.The one pic you see of the floor is on the passenger side front. The entire floor pan looks that nice. Trunk floor also very nice. Car runs and drives good, does not smoke, trans works good. Everything works on this car, all lights, heater, radio, all the instrumentation, everything. It has the original build sheet sealed in plastic and the certicard which was kept in the glovebox and looks like new. Tires are good, original hubcaps are in great shape, it has the factory 14x5.5 wheels on it also. Bumpers and grille are nice, right headlight bezel nice, left one has damage from when the fender got it. Needless to say frame rails, rocker panels etc., are in great shape as well. It would not be easy to find a car like this as original and solid as this one. I wish I could afford it for myself. Keep in mind this is an old car. I cannot promise it will make it cross country. UPDATE; I GOT ORIGINAL STEERING WHEEL PUT BACK ON, HE KEPT THE HORN BUTTON PAD INSTEAD HOWEVER I HAD A BLUE ONE TO PUT ON IT BUT IT HAS A DODGE EMBLEM IN THE CENTER INSTEAD OF THE PLYMOUTH EMBLEM BUT THEY ARE EASY TO FIND. It is very solid as you can see. floor pans on the underside are clean, The torsion bar mount is very solid and free of rust, frame rails look great, metal behind trunk extensions also look great.
