Need a new but inexpensive vehicle, a second household car, or a first time driver's vehicle? This is the car for you. This Mercedes may have a lot of miles, but it runs & drives great, and it has a low reserve. This is an 18 year old vehicle, so yes, it has some cosmetic defects, but overall it has been pretty well kept. The worst is it needs a new paint job. The body is straight with 3 noticeable 1 to 21/2" whiskey dings, but the paint is faded and cracked due to sun exposure. The plastic on the rear bumper is cracked, and a weather stripping on the roof is loose. The interior is a whole different story though. This car is 18 years old with no tears or holes in the carpet or seats, and they don't even look worn! The headliner is seperating from its backing, but that's an easy fix. Sure you can probably find other defects, but for the age and miles, this car is in good condition. Most importantly it runs & drives very well.
