Here for your consideration is a 1964 1/2 Ford Mustang coupe. It is equipped with a 298 engine which originally had a 4v carb, but now has a 2v carb. The "D" engine code was oly offered very early in the '65 model year. It also has an automatic transmission. This car has the typical rust found in early Mustangs as seen in the pictures. this is a rough car which will require a geat deal of work, but because of it's rarity, will be worth the effort. The tile was lost many years ago and the prior owner has not been able to find it so it is sold on a bill of sale only. The Mustang will have tires on it that will hold air, but the tires on it presently belong to another car.This car is for sale locally for $700 so I reserve the right to end the auction at any time if it does sell locally. Please email me if you would like more photos and of what areas. The windshield in the car is the original Carlite with no cracks or "milking" around the edges. The windshield mouldings are perfect as well. All of the parts under the hood unique to the '64 1/2 charging system are still in place as seen in the photos. This is a no reserve auction.
