Vehicle Detail

. Very “SWEET” OLD very “ORIGINAL” 1973 Plymouth. * * * TRULY A TIME MACHINE * * * PLEASE BE AWARE WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE WINNING BIDDER TO PAY PAL A 200 DEPOSIT IMMEDIATELY AT AUCTION END !!! * * * A GREAT BUY FOR THE SAVEY EBAYER!! * * * USE IT AT CAR SHOWS OR AS A COOL DAILY DRIVER !!! * * * WITH THE DRIVETRAIN THIS CAR HAS YOU WILL GET YEARS AND YEARS OF RELIABLE FUN TRANSPORTATION !!!!!! THIS CAR IS WELL WORTH COMING TO LOOK AT !!!!!!! We are a small dealer in Connecticut that occasionally comes across some sweet vintage rides. This car looks to have all the “ORIGINAL” paint still on it. Not rotted out like most of these cars. This thing runs, shifts + Drives like it’s brand new and has 47,798 miles. This is was a ONE OWNER car until august of 2003 when the Original owner who was 93 years old sold the car to a gentlemen in Connecticut. It was sold new out in Pennsylvania and first titled on may 3, 1973. The second owner sold us the car recently after owning it and babying it for 7 years. Purchasing it with 41,952 in “03” and it now having 47,798 miles. The buyer of this car will be AMAZED how this car looks and drives. It’s obvious this car has been garaged since new. The Original paint and chrome is truly “UNBELIVEABLE”. The vinal roof is beautiful with no bubbles under it or tears. The inside looks beautiful. It has a Super nice dash, headliner, door panels and more. The seats also still look beautiful. To look at the chrome bumpers,,,,, outside door handles ,,,,, window surround stainless is simply “AMAZING” The underside of the car is very solid with 37 year old undercoating on the floors and frame. A very solid car. To be nice it should be cleaned up of some scale and Grime from use and then painted with some nice black paint. Call with questions 860-543-0682 I do have with this car the old Pennsylvania title showing the original title date of May 3, 1973 that was surrendered when the 93 year old gentlemen traded the car. That will go with the car along with some other supporting paperwork I received with the car. Connecticut uses the registration also as a title to transfer ownership along with a Bill of sale so you can get your plates for it. I would not hesitate to drive this car anywhere but that is your call. It is old but runs unbelievably well. If you hit the gas once when cold and turn the key it starts first time and goes right on choke. Tap the gas pedal once and it will idle as smooth as new. The motor runs very quiet and the transmission shifts 3 gears very positive. Everything looks to work well in the car like the wipers, dome light, map light, original AM radio, outside lights including upper fender signals and emergency brake. The car recently received new shocks and a muffler. The brakes function well and drives and feels GREAT !!! A few things I see with the car is the rear left arm rest has a small crack in the vinal, and it looks like the older gentlemen touched up a small spot on the very bottom of the rr ¼ where it rolls underneath. Not very noticeable but if you go hunting you can see these things. Included with the sale is a set of 4 original black steel wheels the last owner had a body shop paint green. These rims also have tires on them. There is also the original wheel covers and a box of misc. items, parts and a couple manuals included. As usual with vintage cars we will be selling the car as is with no warranty expressed or implied. deposit is due immediately following the auction end. Balance due within 3 days. A check is fine but will need atleast one week to clear our bank before car or paperwork leaves. Please don’t tell us how you’re your bank works. This is what our bank has told us. Cash if you are looking to pick up the car personally. No exceptions. Please know that before bidding. 6% sales tax applies for all connecticut residents. Out of state buyer pays us no sales tax. We are very easy to work with but we find some people like to make their own rules. The car does have some dings, scratches etc. from use and is not a flawless museum piece but it is a beautiful very original “TIME MACHINE” !!!!!!! * * Come look at this car and be amazed * *
