Hi, I am a central California Towing Company that tows only for law enforcement which means every Car, Motorcycle, or Truck that we receive has been involved in some sort of Police Action I.E: Theft Recovery, Drug arrest, Impounded for no Drivers license, DUI, etc. I have a 2001 Mercedes-Benz, CL 600, V-12 Roadster, Black exterior with light silver gray interior up for auction. It appears to have been well cared for, runs and drives excellent. Other than that I have no history. Vehicle will be sold on a California Lien Sale Certificate which you can take to your state's DMV and create a Certificate of ownership. Vehicle as is where is. There are no warranties implied or offered. Winning bidder will provide a non-refundable payment of $1000.00, within 24 hours after closing of auction. Either Cashiers Check, Money Order, or other agreed upon payment will be accepted. Remainder to be paid within 7 days or at time of car pickup. Buyer to be responsible for arrangement and all costs associated with car delivery. I will help load if needed. I reserve the right to end auction early since the vehicle is listed locally also.
