1946 Willys CJ-2A. This flatfender CJ-2A is equipped with the original "3 on the tree" column shift. 64,264 actual miles (speedo not replaced, not roll-over miles). I am the second owner of this Jeep and have owned it since 1975. Willys has the original 134 c.i. "Go Devil" L-head engine. Engine was rebuilt in late 1970's and has hardened valve seats installed on the exhaust valves. Was bored 0.030" over and the head was milled 0.025". Has the original Carter carb and is equipped with a top cylinder oiler. Has factory Spicer T-90 manual transmission with original column shift ... shifts quite easily and doesn't pop out of 2nd gear. Original Spicer Model 18 transfer case and is equipped with a Warn "All Range" Overdrive. Has Dana 25 front axle equipped with manual lock-out hubs. Dana 41 rear axle is stock as well. Has solid exhaust system with NAPA lifetime muffler. New exhaust was installed in 2002. Jeep comes with an older style Kayline soft top and a bikini top. Soft top has new doors which have never been installed. Original 6 volt electrical system (needs new battery) and has a power inverter to power 12 volt radio/cassette player. Come with original back seat (not shown in photos). White spoke rims with L-78 Goodyear Tracker LT tires. Tires have good tread but are badly weather cracked so they would need to be replaced prior to driving on roads. Spare tire is on original rim and is a Goodyear 6.00x16" tire. Body is in generally good shape, but would need some minor work and painting to be showable. Paint is 1977 Chevrolet Corvette Yellow and was painted in 1979.
