1988 XR600R - Not running. NO RESERVE NOTE: Not interested in trades etc... paypal reserve, and cash on pickup! If you find bike to be different than expected or described, your deposit will be returned to you, aside from any associated paypal/ebay fees. History: Two prior owners. I only had it a few months before it's mysterious (I don't have the resources to try and diagnose or fix it) demise.Actual mileage is unknown - these bikes have no odometer as stock.Rode it up from Chicagoland (to Wautoma, WI), on the way it simply died... checked stator, seems fine, kicks over and has compression, but doesn't sound quite right. This is why it's going up for sale w/o reserve, and strictly AS-IS. Title is totally clean and clear. Electrics all worked, including the on-board time/distance/speed computer on the front area. Other than something being wrong with either engine or electrical (fuse is fine, yes!), it seems very solid, and has: • Clean title (at bike location) • Clarke 5 gallon gas tank for range • Fresh plastics all around • Baja Designs kit makes the bike fully street legal • SuperTrapp exhaust • Kick start • Wolfman Tank Bag • 250w Moose Stator (generator) for extra power + Stock stator included • On-board speed / distance / time computer This is a PICKUP-ONLY sale. I guarantee that everything with the bike is functional, to my knowledge, aside from the engine itself - tho headlight was burned out, but all brakes are good, suspension is great, plastics are like new (there is a light scuff on the right hand guard), engine looks clean, had no oil drips... I am guessing something went wrong in the cylinder. Title is clean and clear and at bike's location. Comes with a new spark plug, too!
