Vehicle Detail
This is a good car but for real for real she is a "old whore in a new dress". What I mean is she has a bunch of miles on her but that just means she has lots of experience. She is ready to go any place you want to go & she will look pretty good doing it. I will tell you up front that she has been bumped front and back. But she has been repaired like Steve Austin (Six Million Dollar Man) & she is fully functional. That said, if you are afraid of a miles; this car is not for you. If you are looking for a cosmetically perfect car, your in the wrong spot, but thank for looking. I said that because the fit and finish on the rear bumper is out of align. This old girl has been around the block 147000 times but she is not the least bit worn out. She has lots of new parts and though it is impossible to say for sure with any used car; I would wager that (if properly cared for) she can go another 147000. My mother has the same car with 286000 on it and it is still going strong. How is that for a testimony? Speaking of mom, she is the reason you are getting a crack at this car. I owe her money and she need its NOW. I drive a company car and was hoping to keep this one covered up in the garage for "just in case". I am sure you know in life that "stuff happens" & just cause I drive a free car today don't mean I will have it tomorrow. Anyway, just so you know; I quizzed the previous owner about what was done and not done and they told me that they replaced (within the last year) the water pump, fuel pump, timing belt, tires, brakes & alternator. Get this... the "check engine light" came on & for them, that was the straw that broke the camels back. They bailed. Lucky for me or should I say, YOU!. That is where I came in. Turns out the "check light" was the result of a O2 sensor which I replaced be-for Pa. state inspection. If you are a Pa buyer, the car is inspected until 6/11. As previously mentioned the car has had some body work. I had it wet sanded, detailed, striped, the air charged and it has been pretty much sitting in the garage covered. I have had it out a few times and I have to say, she gives me a real good feeling. I think you will get the same. BTW, she does not drip a drop of anything. She can sit untouched for a month in one spot and you will find NO fluids on the ground underneath. All the bells and whistles work. She fires right up - no questions asked. You will see. This car is fully reconditioned and in better condition than many of those you will find at the dealer. Ever since "cash for clunkers", good runners under 5000 are hard to come by. I personally think my car is worth close to Clean Retail but under the circumstances (previous accident), I must settle. There is a reserve but I assure you it is very very fair. Low enough to make the winner a happy buyer. Good luck bidder. Anything I missed, anything you want to know not covered, feel free to write and ask. Call if you like. 412 310 8205 Please be respectful. The title is clear, no brands, in my name. Clean Good Fair KBB Retail $4915 KBB Private $3465 $3090 $2490 Trade $2125 $1825 $1325
