Vehicle Detail
2006 GL1800 Honda Goldwing Motorcycle This Honda Goldwing has only 19476 miles on it. The bike has been garage kept all its life. It is my personal bike and has had tender loving care except for a little mishap with the right mirror. It has had many accessories installed on it. The oil and filter was recently changed at 18871 miles. It has every factory option you could get in the 2006 model year except for the air bag. The rear tire has 5300 miles on it. The front tire has 4300 miles on it. The bike is almost perfect in every way and has a clear title. The bike has some scratches on the right side mirror. It is not very noticeable but it is there. I will tell you about it with a close-up picture. It has a total of 12 factory options and 29 added accessories. I will attempt to tell you everything I know about all of them. I will start with factory options. Some items I mention may not be options but included in the standard package. Heated seats and grips with separate controls for driver and passenger, built in GPS navigation, rear spoiler brake light bar, CB radio and antenna, 6 CD changer, intercom system, AM-FM radio, premium sound system, electronic cruise control, reverse gear, fog lights, and passenger foot rests. I also have a matching trailer (not included) on another eBay auction. See it here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120607911295&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK:MESCX:IT#ht_11441wt_1042 ------------------------------------ Added accessories total 29 and include rear passenger air deflector, trunk light, front rotor covers, driver floor boards, heel-toe shifter, luggage rack, two flag poles, chrome exhaust extensions, trailer hitch, trailer wiring and receptacle, saddlebag lights, passenger armrests, modulating headlight, blinking brake light, voltmeter, chrome brake reservoir covers, two cup holders, wind deflectors, front fender extension, front chrome air intake, cell phone interface, extra tall windshield (stock windshield is included), rear volume control for passenger, accessory mount, drive on/off center stand, driver backrest, full length nylon cover, Honda emblem, and driver foot pegs. I have 46 pictures with detailed info and explanation of each item. Many of the pictures are very close up, and show a lots of detail. As a result they show all of the dust on the surfaces. The bike is not really this dirty. You will see info under all pictures. I will answer any and all questions. Good luck on your bid, Mick Shipping is not included or provided for this motorcycle. If you want it shipped you will have to arrange for pick up and pay for all shipping charges. Of course it can be picked up locally. PayPal is required for immediate deposit only of $200 at the end of auction. The remaining balance must be paid within 10 days of auction ending and paid with certified funds, or a cashiers check which must be presented during normal business hours. Please provide the name and phone number of your bank and a contact person at the time of payment. Cash money may also be used. ------------------------------------------------------- Note to scammers: Don't waste my time and yours. I know all the tricks. Here is the simplest way I know to put it. Unless I have money in the form stated above no one takes possession of the motorcycle. Here's an example: Don't send a bogus check and then try to tell me someone will be by to pick up the motorcycle. Again, Don't waste your time! Left side view of the bike. Right side view of the bike. Right side chrome rotor cover. Right side drivers foot peg. Adjustable up, down, and forward. Right side driver floorboard and brake pedal. Right side passenger armrest. Right side saddlebag and saddlebag lights. Trailer hitch, wiring receptacle, and exhaust extensions. Two flag poles and luggage rack. Another view of flags and luggage rack. Passengers rear volume control. Built in GPS for navigation. Instrument panal. Close up of display. Voltmeter to keep you aware of charging system. Chrome brake reservoir and accessory switches. CB radio and CD player controls. Cruise control and reverse controls. Hinged swinging cup holder. Navigation system controls and lock for right compartment. Audio controls for anything that talks. Headlight and shock adjustment. The cell phone interface is perhaps the neatest thing on this bike. Set your phone to auto answer and it will automatically answer your calls. When answered you and your passenger can talk and listen thru your helmet headset to the person who is calling. The unit is set up for a Motorola Razr cell phone. Set your phone in the cradle plug in the mini usb plug and you're ready to make and receive calls. It may work with other phones but I don't know which ones. You can also place calls thru it too, but I would advise doing that only while stopped. Overall view of driver area controls. Left wind deflector keeps a lot of wind away. Left side driver floorboard and heel/toe shifter. Left side driver foot peg. Another good view of luggage rack. Trunk light, handy to help find things. Factory installed 6 CD changer plays over sound system. Overall view of the trunk. Rear view of wrap around trunk lights. Rear tire with 5300 miles on it. You have probably noticed it is a car tire. See the following link showing the details and installation of this very tire. http://lindleyonline.com/tire/cartire.htm If you are skiddish about running a car tire on a bike please research the idea. If you still don't want the tire on the bike you can take it off. Front fender and Honda emblem. Left side view close up. Right side view close up. Right side fog light. Left side chrome air intake. Wind deflector helps keep air from hitting passenger in the back. Driver backrest, a lifesaver for long rides. Zippered pouch on back of backrest. Close up of blinking brake light bar. Front fender extension keeps dirt out of radiator. Extra tall windshield. Original windshield is included. This was my embarrassing moment so I saved it for last. I tried to go thru a gate with a brick wall on one side and it was not quite as wide as I thought. I scraped the wall with the mirror and put these scratches on it. It looks bad in this close up picture but it is not very noticeable when looking at the bike. The only person who has ever noticed it is my wife. Her eyes miss nothing. A new mirror and housing is about $140, so you may want to take that into consideration when bidding. Original windshield with air vent is included in the auction. Matching trailer is not included. See it at a separate auction on eBay.
