Very cool custom Triumph chopper/bobber with much new or rebuilt: 650 Motor has been rebored to + 040 and fitted with new pistons and rings. Cylinder head has new valves and guides and the bottom end has all new bearings, the sludge trap trap was cleaned as well. A 21 tooth gearbox sprocket was used for 70 mph cruising at 4000 rpms. All new gaskets and seals too, as well as new carbs should make this bike reliable for some time to come. This is a 1963 frame section with a + 6" rear rigid welded on. The forks are 71-72 conical Triumph/BSA because they are better than the 63-70 unit. Damping that works with smoother action.(new fork tubes and seals) The front wheel is modified to fit these forks in conjunction with a 69-70 twin leading shoe as it works better than the conical TLS unit. New tires mounted to powder coated wheels with new wheel bearings and new brake shoes front and rear. A new rear sprocket and chain have also been fitted. New taper steering head conversion has been done. The new sporty type panel gas tank is rubber mounted as is the new round aluminum oil tank. All the oil lines and cables are new as are the handlebars, levers, head and tail lights and mounting brackets. Bike also has new header pipes and clamps. New seat and springs custom made with heavy duty seat mount pivot. Bike is finished in Satin Black(not flat) as it really looks the part and is easier to keep clean. Lots done to this custom made beauty to keep it on the road and reliably so. Just buy it, run it in, and do what it was meant to do: Ride It ! Please email with any questions.
