He had the air/conditioning overhauled/redone about 5(?) years ago. Of course, I have no way of knowing if it still is working up to par, but he did put a lot of extra money into it at that time. He never let anyone smoke in this car. The owner's manual and several original items given at the time my husband bought the car are also included with this sale. I must point out - the shipping section indicates you can pick the car up [that is ebay's only choice with shipping it to the buyer so I had to pick that]; but, YOU CANNOT PICK THE CAR UP. It does not run. So, this is not an option. CONDITION: I have taken lots of pictures to try & show you the several dents, dings, and condition of the paint. My husband hauled stuff in the bed of the truck, so it will need a lot of work (see pictures). I remember my husband saying that the Ranchero was leaking oil. He got ill after that, & the car has been sitting for quite a while. There may also be an issue with the tires (dry rot?). I have no way of knowing what condition the tires are in since the Ranchero has not been started in over 1&1/2 years. There are 112,095 miles on the car. The battery is dead. So, the car does not run at this point in time. Really, the Ranchero needs someone who can take the time to give it the TLC it needs, rebuild it, rework it. It is a vintage, classic car ~ it just needs the right person to bring it back to the car it once was. Are you that special person?
