Vehicle Detail
NO RESERVE, NO RESERVE, NO RESERVE ---- THIS CAR WILL SELL TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER!! 1927 MODEL T FORD TUDOR SEDAN; BUILT OCTOBER 1926 This is a nicely refurbished 1927 Model T Ford Tudor sedan. The car looks good and runs well. It really needs nothing and is an honest original, turn-key car, finished in authentic Highland green over black fenders with a nice, serviceable gray striped cloth interior. The car has good whitewall tires and is mechanically sound with a new Brassworks radiator, Kevlar transmission bands, ammeter, sediment bulb, head gasket, spark plugs, wiring, rebuilt carburetor, starter and generator, excellent rebuilt wooden coils, safety glass all around, tight top, brake light, solid tight wheels, and some recent attention to the front suspension. This car has no mechanical modifications of any kind and is bone stock -- all steel, all Ford. No signs of prior rust or collision damage. Paint has held up nicely and this is a very presentable car with a few nicks and chips mostly in the usual Model T places. This ol' T sits up tall, starts easily and runs every time. It shines up nicely and is a pleasure to drive. It is a driver, but still shows well, too. Has a near perfect radiator shell with the correct trim strip on the apron and new nickel-plated hubcaps. Recession priced to sell with a $6950 starting bid. What you see is what you get except for the license plates and the motormeter. If you have any questions, please call 505 828-2165 or e-mail directly at sosuttle@aol.comI have owned Model T Fords since the mid-1970s and can provide direct and accurate answers to your questions. The car is offered elsewhere and I reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time before the first bid is placed. Once a bid has been placed I will leave the car up for auction and sell to the eventual highest bidder. This car is sold where is, as is, FOB Albuquerque, NM. I have a clear, marketable title for this vehicle. The title reflects a 1925 model, however, the engine number (14381322) matches the title; there is no number stamped in the frame. If you can convince the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division that this car was actually built on October 12, 1926 as a 1927 model, you are a better man than I am for sure. I tried for 45 minutes with books, manuals, Ford publications and the like to no avail!$1000 deposit due through Pay Pal within 72 hours of auction close. I will then send you a bill of sale. Once funds have cleared, you will receive an executed title. I will be happy to meet your shipper at any reasonable time you arrange.
