Vehicle Detail
2002 Chevrolet Express Passenger Van 15 Passenger- Prior Salvage Existing Damage- No Reserve! Please read all information carefully before bidding! No refunds will be allowed due to bidders failure to ensure this vehicle would be licensable/ drivable in their home state! The vehicle you are bidding on is a 2002 Chevrolet Express 15 Passenger Van. The vehicle is an unclaimed abandoned vehicle. There is no reserve on this auction, however there is a starting bid due to our companies fees for towing and impoundment of the vehicle. All knowledge of this vehicle is what we have recovered through our own research so may not be 100% accurate. The vehicle has front end damage and has some parts missing of the rear. However, upon impounding the vehicle, all of the parts to fix the body damage were already stored inside the vehicle. These parts include a new, painted fender for the front drivers side, a new bumper, new radiator, the interior glove compartment and several other parts. The odometer/ instrument cluster is not there however so mileage listed is the last known mileage listed on Carfax. We will provide you with a copy of the Carfax report upon your request. The vehicle was last registered to drive in the state of Illinois on 12/27/2005 with 87,932 miles and was in an accident on 3/14/2006. There are keys for this vehicle and when a battery (not supplied with the vehicle) is installed, there is auxillary power. However, due to the missing instrument cluster, the vehicle will not start. Please ask any questions you may have regarding this vehicle and we will try to answer them to the best of our knowledge, however, please understand our knowledge is limited. This vehicle is a prior salvage (visible in the photos) and will continue to be a salvage title. The winning bidder will receive an Abandoned Vehicle Sales Receipt for the vehicle. In the state of Iowa, once this is taken to the local treasurers office, you are issued a salvage title. PLEASE check the laws in your state if you are an out of state bidder to ensure that you will be able to drive this vehicle on the roadway if that is your intention. Again, we will not issue refunds for failure to do so! If you have questions or would like to set up a time to view the vehicle, please call L & L Towing at (563)260-5140 or send us a message!
