This little bug is in great shape. Paint is above average, top is great with one seam that requires a couple of stitches under the back window, interior is nice, engine runs great and transmission shifts as it should. The floor pans are solid and there is no body rust. This car was a gift to my kids from their grandparents who later told us to sell the car and have the kids split the money. The odometer reads 39000 miles, the engine was rebuilt about 2000 miles ago but it does need a typical VW tune up (valve adjustment, carb adjustment and basic tune up). It does run and drive fine and looks great at the night cruise in’s. We have many classic cars and this one doesn't quite fit in.
