Balance due within 7 days of sale via cash, wire transfer or cashier's check. Cashier's check must clear our bank prior to delivery. Deposit will be refunded only if this vehicle is not as described. The title to this vehicle is clear. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange for transfer of title and tags at his or her home state. In Florida, the license plate remains with the owner of the vehicle, so you will need either a trip pass or a temporary tag from your home state if you wish to drive the vehicle. We will coordinate transfer of title with notarized Bill of Sale at our local DMV if necessary. Sale of this vehicle will be final.
