2003 Land Rover Discovery SE7 Up for auction is our Land Rover Discovery. Our kids drove it while in high school and have since graduated. They took very good care of it and have since moved on to their own cars. It runs and drives great, the transmission shifts properly/smooth. It has the cold weather package that includes front and rear defrosters and heated seats ect….. It has front and rear AC that blows cold. All options work properly. Mechanically it is very reliable and runs real smooth down the road, as a luxury SUV should. There is a “Service Engine Soon” light that has been on since we bought it 4 years ago, I have completed the engine services myself and have no way to turn it off. It also has an exhaust leak when it is cold but goes away when the engine warms up. The engine has had a complete tune up about 1000 miles back that included plugs, wires, coil packs and new intake gaskets. Interior; Headliner is loose and is starting to come down, right side jump seat needs a new handle in order to fold up, left horn button does not work. Exterior; See photos, some cracks in the plastic of the front bumper, small chip on the windshield, the paint has normal wear for its age. The tires are at about 50%, the brakes are in good shape, the paint looks good all the windows operate properly including both sun roofs. I looked this car up on kbb.com and they have the private party sale value at just over $10,000 with all its options, in fair condition (I would rate it in good condition).
