Vehicle Detail

Note, I am trying to disclose everything I know about our van, sounds worse then it is. We are selling our family van, we bought this van new from a local nissan dealer. This was use by my wife transporting our two kids. The majority of the miles were driven from our home to our vacation home in Northern wisconsin 300 miles away, we traveled there almost every weekend from spring through fall. So in full disclosure, traveling that long with two young children does wonders to the interior. If you are looking for a prestine van, this is not yours, though the interior is in good shape, it has its shares of scratches and stains, we will include any small toys found. In the way back of the van we had a spill of powerwashing solution (bleach) which bleached a spot on the carpet in the back lower well (est 10" x 12") Exterior: front passenger side bumper has a scratch (good size) that can be seen in photos, also a 4-5" scratch is on the passenger side door. those are the major scratches but there are other minor blemishes, the drivers sideview mirror has a crack (glass only) the heated function still works and the mirror is still usable, we just never had it replaced, this was done pulling out of our garage, no damage was done to plastic housing. The auto closing door on the passenger side has had issues in the past, it would close about 75% then return to open, we took it to the dealer twice but could never get it to fail at the shop, it has been working fine. After we purchased the van we had a DVD (aftermarket) player installed, it works well, but have had issues in the past, but for some reason it heals itself. It has been working for the last few trips, we think it may have more to do with the dvd condition. Tires were new at 61,500 miles, front brakes are all new last month, oil change good for another 500, 1/2 tank of gas.... IMPORTANT: If you are planning to buy a Nissan Quest (2004-5) please be aware of possible issues with the main computers (ECM) ours failed, it went at around 60m miles, a $1200 repair, was told the issue with the computers corroding, our replacement was new and installed at Libery Nissan where the van was purchased, read about it here... http://questdriver.com/node/546,, It is a wonderful riding van, and will be a great vehicle for a family, we are selling because we got a great deal on a small SUV and my wife decided to keep it. This van is being sold as is, but I have disclosed everything I can think of, it has no known mechanical problems outside of those above......please feel free to ask any questions, options: dual heated leather seats, dual power seats, power pass side and rear door, rear air control, traction control, heated mirrors, tow package, WE JUST LISTED IN A PAPER, AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO STOP AUCTION AT ANYTIME....THANKS On Jul-20-10 at 14:41:54 PDT, seller added the following information: NOTE: We have been using the van since listed, milage will ba slightly higher +- 200miles...thanks
