Only bid if you intend to pay for the truck and you will arrange for the pick up of the vehicle. The winning bidder stated his father was using his account and then backed out. I bought this truck 20 years ago from a farmer in Prague Oklahoma to do a frame off restoration. It has set in a barn for 20 years, just had to move it to an open field, because barn was being torn down. It is basically a 1955 time machine having never been molested and even the original hub caps left on. It is very rough and has some fender kisses that needs pounding out and a few cracks welded but could really be a fine truck. I did not get any motor pictures, someone shut the hood and we couldn't get it open, but everything is there including the old oil bath filter. The farmer swore it ran but I never heard it, he kept trying and I ran out of patience and simply paid him 1300.00, 20 years ago. I have decided to sell everything and roam the U.S. and do not want to take the time to restore this. If you want to know about rust, yes there is some. As far as I remember was in the bed and tailgate. The rest seemed still very solid. Hope someone gets this and brings it back to it's full potential. Truck will have to be moved on a trailer, it is currently near Shawnee, OK, however I have a clear Texas title only that should be easy to transfer. I am in Texas so I can't run out and look at the truck but in the picture of the open door it looks like some trash discoloration and some surface rust is present. I have only seen this a few times and never did a real through check so expect some areas that have rust. As I stated it is very rough but mostly solid. The hood also appears to have rust in the edges.
