This is a very nice 1974 Pontiac Grandville Convertible. I have owned several of these big Pontiacs over the years and this one is as nice as any I've owned in the past. Other than some damage to the passenger side including the front fender, this car is very solid. The floors and trunk pans are solid. Not sure if it's the original paint or not but it is still very glossy and thick. The white interior is original and is in very good condition, no rips or holes. The dash, door panels and carpet is also in very nice shape. The V8 engine starts easily but does have a white puff of smoke when she has been sitting for a week or so. It runs very smooth and quiet and shifts perfect. The car floats down the road as smooth as you can imagine, but if you are familiar with these Big Pontiacs you already know how they ride. The power top work functions perfect and has no leaks other that the rear window glass needs to be reinstalled properly. This car appears to be very original and still has the AM radio installed in the dash. This car also does not have or never has had an air condition. This car runs very good and I believe you can drive it anywhere. The tires have plenty of tread and the brakes work fine. There is no spare tire but the jack and the original hubcaps are in the trunk. The hubcaps that are currently on the car are actually Oldsmobile Spoke hubcaps that look great. This old ragtop is fun to drive and gets a lot of attention everywhere we go. So if you are anywhere near New Orleans come by and take it for a test drive. You will not be disappointed.
