This is a REAL GT. This is not a clone. I have done the research. IT is an early 65' GT It has a 9" rearend, 5 lug wheels. It is a great car to restore. I have replaced the fuel tank, fuel lines, carb., I added headers, and new exhaust. I rebuilt the transmission, and I have all of the wiring harnesses , all of the interior, tail lights, head lights, kick plates, gas and brake pedal covers. I bought the Crager SS wheels used and put new Cooper Cobra GT tires on them. I still have the original wheels. Basically all this car needs is some body work and a paint job. This is a solid car, just a little bit of rust. I would replace the rear quarters. There was some bad bodywork done at some point. It would be cheaper and take less time to just replace them.
