I lowered the price from $1500 down to $1200........as an auctioneer would say, come on folks!! This is a 64.5, an original!!! I bought a 64.5 mustang to fix up last summer, I bought it for $1400 and paid too much. I needs TONS of fixing especially on the bottom front rails, floor pans. It came missing the WHOLE interior and lots of other stuff. I have procured much stuff, a dash pad, new tailights, bucket seats ( still need rear SEATSSSSS , not rear end to clear up confusion. it has a rear end ha ha)....really good upholstery that is not new but excellent shape( hardly used in the car I got it from, bought new by that owner), I have floor pans for both sides, got a fuel tank neck, head light bezels. This is an early 64.5 with the 170 CID motor. The motor trully runs great!!! To run it you have to feed fuel straight into the fuel pump, the fuel system is not hooked up. It does have an auto trans but I never tried it because the brakes need work. So no lieing here, it needs TONs of work, I have spent a total WAY over $2000 for all I have, but cash talks. Come buy it and fix it up. I have seen other mustangs on Craig's list here in Va. I would LOVE to take the two and make one, but no time and no money. Make me an offer! But basically you can rest assured the car needs lots of work such as rail repair under neath, floors, a few spots on the window channels and much other stuff. PS This will be the third time I have tried to sell this car, if it does not sell for what I want this time, I am parting it out, so if you need something you think it has, REALLY nice deck lid, doors are good ( driver's door a nice replacement though it has no guts, even the fenders are decent, back glass and taillights I bought, floor pans, bucket seats, rare 170 CID engine, tranny does shift ( not sure if it works..cannot stop car if I tried it LOL), 4 lug wheels, brake drums, etc, power steering system, complete dash, hardly used upholstery ( separate from seats), hood is great, rear window good, etc.
