It’s not meant to be a show vehicle that rides around on a trailer – closer to a weekend pleasure car or could even be a daily driver. Be prepared for plenty of comments and nostalgia when you take her out. Although not recently restored, it looks the part because it’s been consistently garaged and pampered since I purchased it six years ago. There are only a couple of minor imperfections in the body that you only notice up close. It runs great -- the only mechanical issue is that the transmission is slow to shift from first to second, but I barely notice it driving around town. Brakes were just serviced last month – new master cylinder, wheel cylinders all around, brake pads and brake hoses. The odometer reads 28,568, but actual mileage is likely 128,568. Other various parts replaced over the past few years as needed or desired – fuel pump, muffler, battery, starter, solenoid switch, outer tie rod, dash control knobs, dash bezel, door panels, seat belts, visors, visor brackets, rear view mirror. Basically, it’s been a very well cared for vehicle. Only a couple of additional details – brakes are drum all around and the convertible top is manual. Since I’m moving in August, I’m committed to selling quickly. I’ve set the reserve well below value. Good luck bidding!
