This is an original 1986 Dodge Shelby Charger. It is equipped with a fuel injected, turbo charged, four cylinder. It runs and has a clear title. The glass is tinted and there is a small star chip in the windshield. The interior is the original and is in decent shape. A couple of loose seams and two cigarette burns. The back seat has a factory flaw with the Carroll Shelby emblem upside down on the driver's side. The driver's side embroidered emblem is starting to fray but is complete enough for a pattern. The previous owner had used this car for some drag racing. It is equipped with a Monster Auto-meter tach and two small boost and fuel pressure gauges. He did a nice job installing them. The dash is in so-so shape with minimal cracks and wear. The carpet is complete but eventually need to be replaced. There are some holes in the floor. The brakes work good (including the Emergency). It has a Pioneer Supertuner in the dash but it turns on and off when it wants. I think it is a detachable face. Missing the speakers in the doors. The rear hatch needs new strong arms (I use a cane to prop it up). I am having some trouble with the dialing in the boost of the turbo charger. I would love to play with it more but the wife says it has to go. Too many projects. This is a NO RESERVE AUCTION. This would make a great first car project. I am using my car battery so you will need to get a battery. I will show you that it runs and drives and then we will put it onto your trailer and I will take my battery. It has Kelly Charger tires on stock aluminum rims. It has a louder muffler on it. Included with this sell is several manuals and how to guides. The previous owner was very much into boosting the the turbo pressure. He supplied me with several kits for valves and such. It also comes with two extra computer boxes. One is High performance ( I couldn't seem to make that one work right) and one stock one.I have an extra radiator out of a 1991 Daytona included. The trans that is in it is out of a 1991 Shadow with a 3.77 final gear. I am told that it has factory black rear louvers. It has a parachute cover but there is a rip in it. There is rust in the doors, hatch back lid and rear quarters. This is an orignal car. I am told these Turbo Fours are pretty neat to hop up. There is lots of online support for them too. This will only go up in value from here on out. This car is tight and I think it would make an excellent road course car due to the frame ties.
