I am selling a 1955 Chevrolet 1st. series pickup. This is a rust free one owner survivor. It has been owned for 55 years by Robert Clark. His son took it over and his name is Ken Clark. I have the original purchase order from Jack Coyle Chevrolet Co.in San Bernardino Ca.I also have a letter from the dealership thanking him for his purchase of the new truck. This truck has always been in the garage. It was a daily driver until July 2006.It is now once again back on the road as a daily driver.The son is a PG&E mechanic.The engine has been rebuilt some time ago along with the transmission. Its a 235 6 cylinder and does not smoke.The truck has the original wood in the bed and still in nice shape.The truck drives straight and has good brakes. I have lots of receipts for the truck.It was painted December 1997 and still has a good shine. The upholstery has been recovered and in good shape. The dash has not been cut.Also the truck has been converted to the 12 volt system with electric wipers and still has the floor starter button.The other things on the truck are: CD player mounted under the dash,chrome mags with white lettered tires,new rear bumper with new tail lights and brackets,new windshield and rubber,Also have the rear window rubbers for the truck.It comes with a lot of paper work including the original 0wners manual.This truck gets a lot of attention.The truck also has dual glass packs. Another pipe was added to the exhaust manifold.This is a great driving truck which has been well maintained.Please bid with confidence and ask any Questions.
