No rust ever, 46,800 actual miles. Truck has some up grades; I put lockouts on, and converted transfer case to part-time. New king pins, calipers, rotors, pads, hoses, u-joints, dual-exaust, Halogen headlights, belts, airfilter, spark plugs, wires, fuel pump, water pump, thermostat, cap and rotor, antifreeze, heavy duty military battery, rear brakes shoes are 60% there. I rebuilt wheel cylinders and new master cylinder. I replaced brake fluid with dot 5 military brake fluid. Flushed automatic transmission, added new fluid and filter, put on extra deep pan for more fluid. Rear ends and transfer case have new 75W-90 full synthetic oil. Has new tinted windshield and windshield rubber. Installed new stereo system CD/AM/FM with four speakers. Truck has new CARR paint job that is to military specifications and correct pattern. I installed four inch lift blocks so I could run Humvees 37" x 12:50 radial tires. I use ROTELLA T 10W-30 in the 318 with one quart of Lucas, I change oil every 2k miles. This truck never took a drop of oil from Kentucky to Wisconsin. This is a great truck, shifts great, four wheel drive works great. A turn key kind of truck.
