Up for sale is a 1956 Chevy Impala SS 2 door hard top car. I have a clear Texas title, the original Chevrolet key for the ignition, Key for trunk and doors, the owners manual, and other papers. The car has the original 283 engine in it with the 2 speed Power Glide Transmission, automatic in the floor. The motor has less than 100000 miles on it, I have cranked the engine, but it is not road ready. It has new spark plug wires, Cap, Points and Condenser. The car has been setting up for about 10 years. This is a project car. It has a 12 bolt rear end. The Body on the Passenger side has some damage, by the door, the door and front fender. The Hood is no good. The Grill is good. The inside is complete except for a cigarette lighter. Console in the middle, bucket seats, back seat, dash good. The Back Passenger window and the Windshield are the only glass that will need to be replaced. On the driverside body, there is a small rust hole on the Front Fender, one on the door, and one on the back quarter. But all are small enough to be fixed. It has a full set of SS Hub Caps. I will be out of town Tues. Weds. and Thursday. I will have limited access to a computer, but will try and get on the check for question. Thanks Marlin
