for bid my 67 elcamino i have owned this for 16 years first few years i drove it as a daily driver it came from oklahoma and is rust free and straight only exception is front fender lower rear had metal replaced there i had the whole car painted and purchaced all new chrome mouldings,grill,headlight bezels,windshield and rear glass mouldings.door handles,mirror,lower body rocker mouldings door lock cylnders,and all bed rail mouldings all purchaced from O.P.G and year one the original bumpers were still nice so i had them replated rather than buy repro parts this car was a factory three on the tree,manual steering and manual brakes car i changed all of that it now has power steering and brakes with automatic trans i drove it wath a turbo 350 before i had it painted when i disassembled it for paint i removed that and picked up a turbo 400 the trans is not installed at this time the milage listed is correct and i dont think the motor has ever been out of the car it is all stock with 2bbl carb the rear suspencion has new control arm bushings,shocks, new brakes, hardware, cylnders and drums car has a 12 bolt rear end with the car and included will be a correct 4 barrel carb and intake and factory air cleaner (correct year for a 1967), the turbo 400 trans, also a one year only steering column (67 only year to have dash ignition and flasher switch on column) 66 did not have flasher switch and 68 had column ignition it has a bench seat and column shift when it was painted all glass was removed dash top was painted factory satin black and also had rubber door mouldings and wing window rubber all installed new as it is it still needs carpet and door panels i have coated under body with por 15 rear to firewall area i stopped there with intention to rebuild front suspention and convert to disc brakes but that has not happened so included also are the disc brakes as it sits it will not drive and i havent it started for 3 years so understand it will need finishing i have invested alot of money hopefully in the right parts as i never intended to sell her but times are what thay are and i find myself in a bind so my loss is your gain On Jul-02-10 at 12:23:27 PDT, seller added the following information: i am out of town for the holiday weekend for questions call 815 703 5905 i will have poor phone recption so leave a message i will try to go to a area where i can return a call thanks dave
