1966 BUICK RIVIERA - California Black Tag I will try to explain as much as I can about my 1966 Buick Riviera, and you can call me at anytime to ask questions, please call for sometimes I miss questions on the computer. 609-509-4583 Nick I purchased the car from La jolla California, from a 70 year old man, he told me the Riviera was in a little museum out there for about 7 years, he purchase it from the original family. the original owners name is on the dash plate, placed on the car from GM in 1966. The car is in excellent condition , can be driven anywhere, and is all original except for a repaint, approximately 10 years ago. The body is super straight, chrome is excellent, interior is all original, and almost unbelievable for a 44 year old car. The running gear on the car is perfect, runs out 100%. The Riviera has the very rare buckets, with the half console from the factory, actually GM installed, pontaic GTO seats in this year Riviera with the half console. This car has never had rust on it, it's pretty amazing. Details This Riviera has the original motor, trans and rear . The glass throughtout the car is all original. Deluxe interior, which gives you power windows , power seat, and deluxe moldings inside. The Buick mags are original, and the original spare is in the trunk. The vehicle was ordered with a very rare Guide-matic cadillac option, which turns your highbeams off and on automatically ( on hood near wiper). the original jack is also their. I have the original owners manual, and I have the original Black plates that came on the car. I have done minor work since owning, water pump ,oil changes, new radiator, and basic that's it. I drive the car at least twice a week. The Riviera was not driven in the winter months, the last thing to mention is under the hood, and in the trunk are all original. thanks for looking, and feel free to call.
