1984 Mercedes-Benz 500 SEC NO RESERVE This is a classic 1984 Mercedes-Benz 500SEC Coupe. We bought this car after the engine and transmission had been rebuilt. The odometer shows around 250k miles(that is where the odometer stuck after rebuilding the engine) Since we bought it, we have put about 20k miles on it. My son drove it while in college. There are a couple of dents in the front passenger fender, and a few in the back. The paint is chipping and need to be repainted at some point. The leather seats are in pristine shape. The couple that had it before us, took very good care of the seats. This is a smoke free car. Besides that engine and transmission being rebuilt, we have recently put a new starter and alternator and battery in the car. The belts in the engine were also replaced. Brakes were put on less than a year ago. Tires were replaced as well. The car Runs and Drives out Well! FLAWS IN THE CAR: * Right fender needs mending and the turn signal would need to be replaced (see Photo) * Sunroof opens and closes but sometimes sticks. * A/C does not work- possibly in need of freon The wood on the dash needs some work as well. The car has some minor issues that can be easily fixed. I have tried to mention all the known issues but there may be others. * There are set of 4 NEW Mercedes chrome wheels that are included, if you USE "BUY IT NOW"!.$800 value!!!!
