Very solid car Chequered Flag International is pleased to offer this 1970 Mercedes Benz 280SE Coupe in Champagne with Tan interior. Automatic, air conditioning, sunroof, power windows and power steering. Recent repaint, interior and wood refurbishment. Great solid underside, good trunk floor, etc. Clean engine compartment with solid inner fenders. I can't find any evidence of rust, looks to be a good solid car. This body with the much prettier low grille hood was only produced in 1970 and 1971 and the 71's were V8's. These are great driving and very dependable cars. Drive it or collect it - you can't go wrong. Not many left (in any condition), they're all going back to Europe - as this one probably will. Inspections encouraged. All sales AS-IS.
